1995 William “Bill” Erdos A Butler HS graduate who lettered in Football, Gymnastics, and Track. He was a WPIAL champion gymnast. He later coached gymnastics with WPIAL and PIAA winners.

1995 Edward Graham A Butler HS graduate who excelled in cross country, track and swimming. He became a WPIAL and PIAA swimming champion. He went on to swim for Notre Dame University earning All-American recognition.

1995 Earle “Bud” Mays A Butler HS graduate who lettered in track and swimming as a WPIAL champion. He went to have a great diving career at Grove City College with an undefeated record. He also earned MVP honors in track.

1995 Byron “Al” Johnstone A Butler HS graduate who played baseball and basketball. He continued playing baseball at Slippery Rock University. He continued playing semi-pro baseball and became a baseball and track coach.

He went to play football at Slippery Rock University as their starting quarterback on the 1971 and 72 state championship teams. He was named team MVP in 1972. 1994 David Croft 1960’s ERA Butler HS graduate who was an outstanding gymnast earning medals in the WPAIL and PIAA. He continued his athletic career at Michigan State University competing in the Big 10 earing championships three times with the Spartans.

1994 William O’Donnell A 1940’s ERA Butler HS graduate where e played basketball, football, and track. He continued to play sports I eh military and then continued playing on local sandlot teams. He later became a local sports promoter.
